Ingredients

  • 2 cans of full fat coconut milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup chilled coffee
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Scoops Orgain Vanilla Plant Based Protein
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Toppings: chocolate and coffee beans!

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until well combined and frothy. Pour into an ice cream mold or loaf pan. Cover with parchment paper or plastic wrap and place in freezer overnight. Let sit at room temperature for 2-4 minutes before scooping. Top and enjoy!
