Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 4 scoops Orgain Sweet Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • For topping: grated carrot, shredded coconut, pecan pieces

Instructions

Serves 2

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Top with grated carrots, shredded coconut and pecans.
  3. Serve immediately.
