Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup organic pumpkin
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup gluten free oats (or regular if not gluten free)
- 4 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 cup almond milk (if batter is too thick, add a little more until desired consistency is achieved)
Instructions
- Mix all in a blender (until oats are incorporated) and cook on a griddle coated with coconut oil. If you prefer texture in your pancakes, don't blend as long ... and add the hemp hearts after blending.
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (for sweetness)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
