Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup organic pumpkin
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup gluten free oats (or regular if not gluten free)
  • 4 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (if batter is too thick, add a little more until desired consistency is achieved)

Instructions

  1. Mix all in a blender (until oats are incorporated) and cook on a griddle coated with coconut oil. If you prefer texture in your pancakes, don't blend as long ... and add the hemp hearts after blending.
OPTIONAL ADD INS
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
