Get ready to enjoy this tasty bowl of refreshing gazpacho! A delicious puree of veggies and zesty lemon is only made better by collagen peptides to support nail, skin, and join health.
Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/3 cup water
- Sea salt to taste
- Pinch of cracked pepper
- 1/2 skinned cucumber
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- Cilantro leaves to taste
- 1/2 scoop Orgain Collagen Peptides Powder
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients (except Orgain Collagen). Chill for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Right before serving, stir 1 scoop Orgain Collagen Powder into the cold soup.
- Ladle soup into bowls, top with avocado, peppers, and tomatoes.
