- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Orgain Bananas & Cream Organic Nutritional Shake
- 2 overripe bananas, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
