Your favorite cookie dough just got a healthy twist! Try this delicious dough (straight from the bowl) with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and walnuts – no oven necessary!
- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 scoops Orgain Vanilla Plant Based Protein Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- Rise and drain chickpeas.
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and fold in the cookie dough with marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 – 15 minutes before enjoying!
