Protein Peanut Butter & Jelly Mousse

PB & J how we've moussed you! Now that school is back and we're all getting back to routine, this peanut butter jelly mousse is made with our clean protein and is the perfect after school snack for everyone! 🥜🍓

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 6 oz. dairy free cream cheese, softened
  • 2 scoops Orgain Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder - Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup dairy free heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup organic powdered sugar
  • 3.5 ounces berry jam of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons crushed peanuts, 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips, 1/4 of banana

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat together the peanut butter, peanut butter protein powder and dairy free cream cheese.
  2. In a different bowl, whip the dairy free cream. Add the powdered sugar once soft peaks form. Beat until combined.
  3. Stir the cream mixture into the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture.
  4. Refrigerate the mousse until very cold, about 1 hour.
  5. Assembly: Have ready small mason jars ready (or something similar). Drop 1 tablespoon of jam into the bottom of each jar.
  6. Add a 1/3 scoop of peanut butter mousse.
  7. Top with a few peanuts, mini chocolate chips and small slices of banana.
