Serves 4

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet to melt.
  2. Stir in oats, quinoa, almonds until fully coated.
  3. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, salt and Protein Powder and stir continuously for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for approx. 10 minutes. Granola will be soft until it cools.
