Peanut Butter Protein Cookies Recipe

Serves: 12 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 scoops Orgain Sweet Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated Stevia
  • 1/4 cup PB2
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with a spoon or an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
  4. Roll dough into 12 balls and place on cookie sheet
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown
  6. Enjoy warm or store for later!
