- 6 scoops Orgain Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder
- 2 cups dates, pitted
- 4 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- Pinch of salt, to taste
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- *optional add-ins: walnut or pecan pieces, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until completely combined. *If using add-ins, gently fold them in before placing mixture in dish.
- Place in an 8 x 8 dish and put in refrigerator to set.
- Chill for 4-5 hours, or overnight before enjoying!
