Ingredients

  • 6 scoops Orgain Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder
  • 2 cups dates, pitted
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • Pinch of salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • *optional add-ins: walnut or pecan pieces, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Serves 8

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until completely combined. *If using add-ins, gently fold them in before placing mixture in dish.
  2. Place in an 8 x 8 dish and put in refrigerator to set.
  3. Chill for 4-5 hours, or overnight before enjoying!
